Adjust File Locations

Having moved your shared data folder to a network location, it's important you update Author-it to point to the new location.

Specify the default location of shared directories for Libraries and Templates by choosing the Author-it Button > Author-it Options > File Locations from the main menu. You'll see this window:

Update the Libraries and Templates path to point to the new location. This tells Author-it where to look first for those types of file each time you start a new session of the Author-it program. After that, the most recently accessed directory during the current Author-it session is defaulted.
